Respect & Confidentiality: All readings are confidential. I will never share your personal information or details of your reading without your consent.
Non-Judgmental Space: Every client is treated with compassion and without discrimination based on background, belief, identity, or circumstance.
Empowerment Over Prediction: My role is not to predict the future with certainty but to help you gain clarity, explore possibilities, and make empowered choices in your own life.
No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice: Tarot readings are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. I am not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health professional. For those matters, please consult a qualified professional.
Personal Responsibility: You are always responsible for your own decisions and actions. Tarot is a tool for reflection and insight, not a substitute for free will.
Boundaries of Practice: I do not offer readings on health, pregnancy, or minor children. I reserve the right to decline a reading if I feel it is not in the client’s best interest.

I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.

I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionally provided.
I will respect my clients' right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time.
Cancellation Policy
No-Refund Cancellation Policy
All sales for services, including but not limited to tarot readings, classes, workshops, and any other paid service, are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled service or class, a credit will be applied to your account for the full amount paid. This credit may be used toward a future service of equal value and must be redeemed within 12 months of the original purchase date.
I maintain extensive records of all communication, bookings, and transactions. In the event that a refund is requested or a chargeback is initiated, I will take all necessary steps to provide proof of my policies, procedures, and delivery of services to protect my business.
